Terms of Service

**Provisional text.** In force from today and binding, but under legal review and to be replaced by a full version. The points still outstanding are marked below. Every new version is published with an effective date and previous versions remain on record. ## 1. What the service is Software for personal trainers, gyms and people who train themselves: workout programs, nutrition plans, progress tracking, communication and taking payments. ## 2. Not medical advice The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Programs and nutrition plans, including automatically generated ones, are informational. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program — particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. The app refuses to generate a nutrition plan automatically when certain such conditions are declared, and tells you why. ## 3. Accounts You give accurate details and are responsible for your password. A trainer's clients join by invitation and need no subscription of their own. ## 4. An extra Gym trainer seat is €19/mo. Every new account gets a **30-day full-feature trial**, no card required. When it ends the account continues on the free plan and your data is kept. You can cancel at any time. *Outstanding in the full version: VAT and invoicing, refund policy, and the 14-day EU consumer right of withdrawal.* ## 5. Payments from your clients If you take payments through the service, the platform fee is **1%** on Solo, **0.5%** on Trainer and **0%** on Gym. Payments are not included on the free plan. Your payment provider's own fees are separate. The coaching relationship with your client is yours: we provide the software. ## 6. What is not allowed Unlawful use, uploading content you have no right to, accessing other people's accounts, circumventing limits or charges, automated bulk extraction of data. ## 7. Your content The data and files you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service. You can **export your data** or **delete your account** at any time from within the app. ## 8. Availability and termination We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. ## 9.
